On November 1, 2011 the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan issued a decree #174 stating the forfeiture of “Senim Bank”, JSC’s right to accept deposits and open banking accounts of individuals during the period of six months under its license to carry out banking and other operations and activities on the securities market granted from September 26, 2008 № 204. Period shall run from November 1, 2011.

In its decree dated July 01, 2011, No 72, the Management Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan gave its consent for “Eurasian Financial Company” to become the insurance holding of “IC Eurasia”, JSC, and, as well, Management declared the following decrees of the Management Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and financial organizations null and void: 1) “Concerning giving the Agency’s consent for “Joint-Stock Company ‘Eurasian Financial Industrial Company’” to become a large participant in Joint-Stock Company “Eurasian Accumulation Pension Fund” (a subsidiary of “Eurasian Bank”, JSC) and that in “Insurance Company ‘Eurasia’” (a subsidiary of Joint-Stock Company ‘Eurasian Bank’”»” , decree dated February 27,  2007,  No 37; 2) “Concerning giving the Agency’s consent for Mr. Alexander Antonovich MASHKEVICH to become a large participant in Joint-Stock Company “Open-end Accumulation Pension Fund ‘SENIM’”, decree dated February 23, 2007, No 23; 3) “Concerning giving the Agency’s consent for Mr. Patokh Kayumovich SHODIYEV to become a large participant in Joint-Stock Company “Open-end Accumulation Pension Fund ‘SENIM’”, decree dated February 23, 2007, No 24; 4) “Concerning giving the Agency’s consent for Mr. Alidjan Rakhmanovich IBRAGIMOV to become a large participant in Joint-Stock Company “Open-end Accumulation Pension Fund ‘SENIM’”, decree dated February 23, 2007, No 25.

        Because of the abolition of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations in accordance with the Decree of the President of the RK (Decree # 25, dated April 12, 2011), the Committee for the Control and Supervision of the Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter, the Committee) has been formed pursuant to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Decree # 61, dated April 18, 2011).
        The Regulation on the Committee and its organizational structure have been approved in decree by the Board of Directors of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan # 88, dated April 28, 2011.
        On May 3, 2011, the city-of-Almaty’s Department of Justice registered the Committee as a legal entity categorized as a Republican public institution.
