“The specialized interdistrict economic court of the city of Almaty passed the judgment dated July 13, 2010, on the compulsory winding up of “Accumulation Pension Fund ‘Korgau’”, JSC, which (the judgment) came into force on July 29, 2010.

The Chairperson of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (the Agency) has appointed a liquidation commission in respect of “Accumulation Pension Fund ‘Korgau’”, JSC, (see the Chairperson’s order No 201 dated July 29, 2010).

The Chairperson of the liquidation commission in respect of “Accumulation Pension Fund ‘Korgau’”, JSC , is Ms. Zh.K. Sembayeva, an expert with the Agency’s Department of Liquidation of Financial Organizations; the seat of the liquidation commission is: Abylai khan avenue, building 141, Almaty; phone +7 (727) 272 20 16; +7 (727) 272 69 90.

It was on August 4, 2010, that the newspapers “Juridicheskaya gazeta” and “Zan” published notices about the compulsory winding up of “Accumulation Pension Fund ‘Korgau’”, JSC.

Claims from the creditors of “Accumulation Pension Fund ‘Korgau’”, JSC, shall be taken up being addressed to the name of the Chairperson of the liquidation commission, Ms. Zh.K. Sembayeva, on working days from 9.00 a.m. till 6 p.m., within 2 months from the day of publication of notice in the newspapers “Juridicheskaya gazeta” and “Zan”, to the above specified address.

The claims should be accompanied by the documents the list of which is specified in paragraph 85 of the Rules for the compulsory winding-up of accumulation pension funds; see the Rules which have been approved by the Agency Board in its decree No 79 dated March 2006.”
